Now, I do have to let you know, this isn't about thinking better thoughts.

This isn't about the surface level of

manifestation, this is about getting to the core of who you are to transform your life

from the inside out. We're gonna do that by learning the magic of letting go, of

detachment, of the power of wiring in a brand new version of ourselves,

understanding that we came here to be bold, we came here to live our

life purpose and we came here to live in alignment. So join me each week as we do that

going deeper and to understanding who we are,

deeper into raising our own vibration

and elevating our consciousness

so that we can be who we really came here to beat.

I used to believe that in order to heal my own inner child, what I had to do was I had to go back into my past. I had to recreate

the experience and like a meditation. I had to feel the pain of it so that I could

finally feel it to heal it and I believed that that

was the only way for me to actually heal the current patterns in my life was to

go back to heal that inner child part of myself.

Now what I've learned recently is something that is much more powerful,

something that is much more potent,

and something that really allows you to let go of the story that allows you to let go of all of the pain and the trauma and the heaviness of the past
