I've known Kelly, well, I've known of Kelly for some time because she's been

absolutely smashing the top of the running charts in America and probably the global

running charts actually.

We were lucky enough to meet in the Boston Run show this year.

And in this episode, it's great because it really talks not just about her journey,

but about

I guess still a lot of the challenges with trying to create a, well, firstly, how to create a

successful running community. And it appears it's off Facebook, but also the challenges of how do you ensure that people feel

that they can, that they're part of the community and that people aren't constantly being

given advice by faster runners that's supposedly helpful, but actually might just denigrate

them and make them feel awful.

But she's so such good energy, such a good guest.
