If you do not have that stress tolerance, if you're not engaged in this scenario and you're hypo aroused, meaning not stressed enough or not engaged enough, or if you're hyper aroused outside of that window where you were just overcome by events, your heart is racing, you are not going to be able to perform in that moment.

build you into. Just like everything else, it's a crawl, walk, run.
