This is such a good question. I don't feel like I have quite enough information to completely

answer this because I'm having a hard time like, you know, what do they really want

you to fail? Have you had this conversation with them? Is it that they are, you know,

upset by something, whatever the case is? So with not enough information, I'm going to

answer this to the best I can. And the important thing to understand here, because the lever

you have in any equation or any system that is you and other people, the thing that you

have, the control that you have is within you, obviously. And then whatever you do, that

puts your output into that system and the whole system can change. It's amazing. You can

change everything when you change your perspective. And the perspective I would offer is that when

somebody else is seeming to want you to fail, it is very often because of their own fear.
