And welcome back, fellow patriots, to the conservative review podcast here on this new year, this

new decade, Friday, January 3rd.

And what a day, what a night it has been.

You know, I was commenting to my colleagues here that yesterday was awfully quiet for the

first workday of the new year, usually it's when the news cycle breaks open after a week

and a half of silence.

But what ultimately happened was, I guess, because it was, you know, late in the week,

most people were chilling out until Monday, Congress isn't back until Monday, it was awfully

quiet.

So I took the night to go to the range.

And when I go to the range, I just, I zoom everything out.

I wanted two hours.

I could fire a couple hundred rounds down range.

It's been a while since I've done that, haven't gone really in a couple of months.

And I come back and I see the world changed.

Look, before everything else, I know there's often a lot of negativity on this show.

A lot of people accuse me of being the grim reaper because we often don't sugarcoat the

truth here.

And we know it how both parties are screwing us, but we also give a positive vision of
