to talk about a very important topic that I have not addressed too much on the podcast so far,

and that is purging. And we're going to primarily focus on self-induced vomiting. Now, I did have

but those were more geared toward helping you stop letting thoughts of purging or compensating for

exercising excessively and eating restrictively. I did try to make myself throw up many times after

binges, so I definitely understand the mindset behind wanting to engage in that behavior. I know that in those

moments after binges, you feel like you need to somehow try to undo the damage of everything that

you've just eaten. But I was never able to make myself throw up, and looking back, I'm glad that I

wasn't. And even though excessive exercise as a form of purging brought its own set of problems,
