If you're wearing the uniform, they probably say this in a lot of their speeches, then you are

subject to the same standards at a base level as everybody else wearing a uniform.

And I don't think it's out of bounds for the Secretary of War, which is still weird to say,

to come out and call them on it and be like y'all look like you all are a representation of not

just yourselves or how many years you've been in the service but your representation of everybody

else in the military whether you're an airman or a general or a private or a corporal or whatever

navy calls their people when they're new or a or a chief or an admiral. You are representing the United States.

You're representing the country.

You're representing your branch of service.

You're representing your family name.

And the standards that are very clear

and have been set forth for everybody wearing that stuff

should apply to everybody across the board.

And I don't think you get to call yourself the L word

if you, uh, if you're not trying to uphold those standards.
