So let me ask you a question. How do you operate in life? What I mean is what

principles or core values do you live by? So one of the things that I stress to my

students, my my warrior mentorship students, is to make sure they make integrity and doing what's right, doing the right thing, their number one core value.

Now this of course is incredibly important in life in general but

especially in this multifamily business. Now you may not realize it but the

multifamily business is actually a very small circle nationally.

And just about everybody that's doing it well

knows everyone else.

And if you don't operate with integrity,

it comes out pretty quickly.
