| 0:18.9 | A lot of athletes talk about cramping up or feeling fatigued when they work out, |

| 0:27.2 | are an athlete that does a little bit of fasting here and there. |
| 0:30.0 | You will sweat a lot during your workout and you want to make sure |
| 0:33.8 | that you're adequately hydrated while training. |
| 0:36.0 | This doesn't mean just drinking water. |
| 0:37.6 | This means that you want to add electrolytes to whatever you're drinking, |
| 0:40.9 | so that you can rehydrate adequately to make sure you perform at a high level. |

| 0:46.4 | Before, when I didn't use to take electrolytes, I used to cramp up a lot during workouts |
