Hi, honey I want to start this episode with a new survey that's out today. You ready?

Ready. Saying the F word might help take the pain away. Really? Yeah. So there's a study that came out in 2009.

It found that people who kept their hands in icy cold water

were able to withstand the pain longer

if they were to swear.

And now there's this new guy coming out the saying like that he's done a new test

a related study from April of this year found that saying the F word was linked to 32%

increase in pain threshold and 33% increase in pain tolerance.

Of course, those people that would just make up words, if you're like, fudge.

Like that doesn't give me the same.
