One part of my mind like still gives me a little bit of anxiety because I don't want to go

straight again because that does kind of affect my physical health. Yeah, but at the same time like

that worry, we all have to take responsibility for our own stresses, right? And so I'm here to tell

you that even though this might be hard to hear, it's really difficult. And I know because I dealt

with this with tests when I was trying to help test get sober. I realized how much I was putting

all of these expectations on her to stay sober from my own serenity. And how unfair is that? I mean,

your brother's suffering from an addiction like, you know, he already has enough pressure on him.

And so it's everybody in the family's responsibility to deal with their own fears, right? And so

underlying those feelings of like this effects, I mean, just imagine like if he heard you saying that,

like this affects my body and my mind and my blah, blah, blah, blah, because of you. And it's like,

no, you're responsible. You know, and I know that's a hard truth. And I always, you know, I don't

beat around the bush. We are all responsible for our own mental health. That was a quick clip from
