Man, I've been looking forward. It was maybe a year and a half, two years ago we did an online one. And I've just been wanting to do an in-person one with you since then because it's just so much better. Communication is so much easier when you can read just the energy, I guess. and then you reached out and I was like yeah let's do it man we have fair, a decent amount of your bars in our gym and have used the transformer bar more than just about anybody else I know.

I mean, we've used it a ton and, you know, not only that, but all your other just normal, you know, 45 pound bars, which fucking have some gnarly nerling to deadlift with.

I got a lot of stuff. we have like one nice old west side bar that's like a little slick so you don't feel like you're just fucking cheese grating your legs but that duffin bar i'm like ah and then uh obviously the uh the duffalo bar yeah so we got that and um yeah man it's been some killer bars. So I was happy to connect and then learn that you were so much more than just making cool bars.
