| 1:28.4 | which are one leg at squats. You squat on one leg, one leg straight out and you stand |
| 1:32.7 | up. All the way to the ground, all the way up. It was 28 pistols and it was four rounds. |

| 2:07.4 | one leg at squat, they kind of freak out. Yeah. And most of them feel like I'm going to blow |

| 2:18.3 | a set of Olympic rings and you're like that dude's going to blow his shoulder out. It's |
| 2:23.3 | like well actually he built the stability to do that exercise and he's actually less likely |
| 2:31.2 | to hurt himself than the guy that sits at a computer all day and has a crappy shoulder. |
| 2:35.9 | And when he goes to hang his Christmas lights and he slips and he grabs onto the rain gutter, |
