Jake Luhrs is the lead singer of the grammy nominated metal band, August Burns Red. He is also the founder of Heart Support, a non-profit support community for those battling with mental illness, depression, anxiety, or issues alike. Last but not least, he just opened up a new gym called Your Life Gym - which also helps people with mental health, alongside their fitness programs.
