Yeah, I mean, lots of things got me excited here lately.

I mean, obviously I love this time of year, just as a special spirit of giving that's out there,

a little holiday traditions, my wife

would not be great for our kids, but also, you know, I'm really excited to be on the

podcast with you today, you know, speaking to one of our multifamily rock stars learning from
