But, you know, today we're going to talk about Alan and what Alan's been going through.

And for those of you that don't know, we're just catching up, Alan lost his brother, Corey, in a really horrible accident.

And it's, it's, I don't even know what to say.

And that's why Alan is really going to, you know, take it from here and tell us what's

been going on in his life and how he's been handling it.

anybody that is going through grief and loss and trying to manage those emotions.
