that is a mental construct?

What if the degree to which you physically age is directly correlated to what your beliefs

about age actually are?

And what if there were some esoteric truths about the process of aging that if you knew

now would guarantee that in the future you would age in a very different way that you would

age and look younger more of your life simply because you watched this video.

Now when it comes to this concept, I know what I'm talking about because I'm 57 years

old but I probably look younger than that.
