The supply is the issue. We just aren't building a lot of housing in this country.

And as long as that demand continues to be high and the supply continues to be constricted, prices are going to be high.

You know, you have these cities with these progressive politicians who at the same time aren't actually willing to say it's a clear supply and demand issue.

And I don't see a universe in which developers don't want to build for that

supply. So it's governmental forces that are artificially hampering it.

Yuvaldi, Texas. As the timeline of last week's deadly shooting grows clear, so is the persistent

accusation that a cautious, drawn-out police response, violated protocol, and possibly cost lives.

Officers waited well over an hour in the hallway outside the barricaded classroom while the gunman continued firing on students

and teachers. Officials have been quick to condemn the decision to wait, but clearly it's too late

clear to us all, what was your first reactions to some of these new revelations?

Well, I think I was puzzled like I think everybody was when we were starting to see some

the video that came out. And I think the initial response, at least from friends in my life

and parents, especially were like, wow, they were calling these cops cowards for not going in
