| 1:03.0 | connection between the unconscious mind and the pain that I was feeling. Also realized this, |
| 1:09.3 | the entire principle and foundation of everything that my work is built on was that basically, |
| 1:14.4 | I identified this issue where my conscious mind wanted to stop drinking or to drink much less |
| 1:20.4 | and my unconscious mind simply hadn't got the memo. So it was creating this huge inner conflict. |
| 1:26.8 | And I reached out to Dr. Sarno and said, you know, and actually was put in touch with Steve. |
| 1:32.4 | And Steve was kind enough to take about three hours, I think, of a Skype call with me. |
| 1:37.6 | And I remember Steve, he looked me in the eye and he said, yes, this, all of Dr. Sarno's work, |
| 1:42.5 | all of these theories, all of the books that I've written can absolutely work for alcohol addiction. |
| 1:48.4 | And it was kind of in that moment that I was like, oh, okay, I'm going to do this. And so anyway, |
