Hey guys, happy Monday or wherever you're listening.

I am so glad that you're here, that I'm here, that let's be clear is back in action.

Man, I have missed you guys.

Let's just say I am not the best at overcommitting or not overcommitting, I should say, which that's

another podcast for another time.

But I know it's been a minute since our last episode.

So if you miss that, we talked about the word anchored.

And if you have been following along with, let's be clear, you know that we've been walking through

a word per week or every other week or whenever you're listening from the focus devotional.

And, you know, I say this every time, but I'm just really encouraged and challenged by when we do

focus on a word, just how it kind of like gives us tunnel vision, but in a healthy way.

It allows us to kind of streamline our thoughts, right, and see God's faithfulness and a really

unique lens. And to see that word, say the words movement, to see as we focus on that,

how often it comes up in our lives and what the Holy Spirit shows us,

because we actually have focus in our minds, right, in a certain direction.
