get an understanding of what it's like trying to be an

obstacle racer and high rocks and what high rocks is and all these things because she's done so

well we've just finished the recording with her and fascinating the way her approach to the sport

and sports like this is so different actually to what I was anticipating to be the case

in 2023 but also talking about how she trains and she trains an insane amount and not to

structured plans but just all to feel but running every day and doing CrossFit every day which seems like quite a lot to feel but running every day and doing CrossFit every day, which seems like quite a lot to me.
