Summary

In this episode, I'm talking about powerful questions for widows and how to make the most of your brain's natural filter. We'll walk through some of the different questions that widows commonly ask themselves and why our questions so often reinforce our current beliefs. We'll cover how you can start asking neutral or even positive questions about the world that will serve you far more than negative questions ever could.

since my husband died because I focused so much on the kids, ages five, 18 months, and 18 months.
