Summary

This is a list of twenty-five things I hope you remember when people around you are questioning your grieving process, asking if you’re okay, or telling you that it’s time to move on. Many people are well-meaning but don’t have any real idea how to comfort someone who’s grieving; you are ultimately the only person that knows what's right for you. It’s important to remind yourself that you’re entitled to grieve however you want and need to – and this list might be exactly the reminder you need.
