let's get on to the show. On today's podcast, I'm going to teach you everything you need to know

about thyroid health. With the increasing popularity of the hormone topic, quote unquote,

the thyroid gland has received more and more and more attention.

Rightfully so. Many people who have a hormonal problem have a compromised thyroid as well,

or vice versa. In fact, a very large population percentage of the people in the United States and

the world and everything actually has a thyroid issue and they aren't even aware of it. Even if they have symptoms as prevalent as inability to lose weight, sudden weight gain,

constipation, always feeling cold, hair loss, dry skin, brittle nails, so on and so forth.

There's a lot of symptoms that can be caused by the thyroid gland being dysfunctional.

But I don't want to scare you with that because many people who think they have a thyroid issue actually don't. And a lot of people blame their

inability to lose weight on that when in fact they're just too stressed out. They're improperly

training or they're just not in a calorie deficit. They're overconsuming calories. So I don't want you to think that

you have a thyroid issue if you're struggling to lose weight because a lot of us struggle to lose weight

and it has nothing to do with thyroid health. And I want to preface this entire podcast with the simple
