And the only way you're going to get into that flow state is if you're exercising, you're

sleeping well, you're doing whatever charges you up. Because if you push yourself, there was a role I had many years ago where I tried to

just brute force the role and I ended up just like kind of breaking and failing in a lot of ways.

And that was really pivotal to me to get like my mental health in order, get my fitness in

order, get all aspects of my life in order because it creates higher performance.

don't outsource your problems. And so I used to kind of probably have like, I guess I'd say a

confidence issue around, oh, I really don't know how to do X, Y, Z. So like, I'm going to find

someone and hire them to do it. And a lot of founders, I think, try to just like pay to make

that pain go away. And that thing just drives you to your problems in a Ferrari.

Like you're basically just burn a bunch of cash and you have to really learn that problem
