hats on and we're going to talk about some stuff. It's not good enough for you folks just to understand

the basics of getting into spec warfare, just how to train physically, just how to pass selection.

Yeah, that's part of it. But we're training you not for tomorrow, but for the next 10 years,

for the next 20 years. Everything we do here is setting you up for success. So today we're going to talk about some high-level stuff.

You guys are going to need to pay attention, maybe take some notes, hit us up with questions

in the comments. This is meant to open the conversation, not to open and close it, as we sometimes

do here on the podcast, because sometimes it's easy. How do you get selected? Be a good dude, put out,

try hard, be a good teammate. It ain't that hard. But this is going to be a little bit deeper.
