0:21.6	Hello, friends. Okay, it is hot in Arizona. It was like 95 today. We were playing pickleball
0:32.4	outside. And I was sweating. Let's just be honest. And it's getting to that point where it's kind
0:40.5	of like you want to stay inside. It's like really hot. I tried to go in for a walk this afternoon,
0:45.1	and it was like not happening. And we just had our team retreat here where we met with our entire
0:52.0	employee team. There's a hotel here called the sanctuary and the whole team flew in to have our
0:58.4	team meeting and they had pickleball courts. So we played pickleball as a team, our whole team.
1:07.4	Everyone got out there and played a little bit. It was so much fun. All my pickle ball dreams
1:13.4	came true. It was great. And we spent the two days that we met. Trudy was there too. Trudy and
1:21.2	Charmaine and their team were there. And we went through and revisited our vision and our values
1:29.6	as a company. And it was really an amazing, fascinating process. And one of the things that I've
1:39.0	been talking about on this podcast a little bit and talking about with the team is really trying
1:43.7	to separate out what is Brookestio and Brookestio's vision and my value set versus what is the
1:54.3	vision and value set for the company. And are they different? And we came to the conclusion that
1:59.8	they are different. So one of the suggestions that I had made is like let's just start from the
2:04.7	very beginning and like re choose as a company, not as me personally, but as a company,
2:11.6	what our values are. And then let's see how there are some differences between maybe what I value
2:17.6	solely for my own life and what we value as a company. And after I did this process, I thought it
2:22.7	would be very important to kind of share with you all the importance of values and to understand
2:29.2	what they are. If you have your own company, it's very important to understand them. And if you
