because I wanted to talk about rest and recovery because as I've been trying to recover from

the London Marathon, I have been seriously fighting the urge to get

back into it too soon because I open Straver, I look on Instagram, and everyone's doing everything,

and it's hard not to feel, not peer pressure, but feel the urge to get back at it because

you don't feel like you're doing enough. I don't think we rest

enough. I think these campaigns like no days off or are we running today, they are really bad

for endurance athletes because we don't realize it because we think that the more we do,

the better off will be.

But rest is a very, very, very important element of training,

and we don't give it enough of our time and attention.

So I asked Mike Ricardy and Sarah hunting hockey.
