Hi, this is Josh Marshall, and this is the Josh Marshall Podcast.

We're going to jump right into it today. Today is Thursday, November 29th.

That's right, right?

Everything is sort of, everything sort of jumbled here.

But we had obviously some really big news this morning

when we found out that Michael Cohen has pled to an additional

crime lying to Congress.

And the key there is not so much that he pled to this crime but that he has stipulated to a number of new

facts all of which basically come down to that there was a lot more to this proposed intended building project in Moscow that he has here

to forward admitted and that he was in close touch about it with the now president

and the now president's family. So we have that. We also have this evolving Roger Stone, Jerome Corsi thing, which we don't know the

full story yet but clearly things are sort of tightening around the both of them.

Corsi's going all over the media, making kind of contradictory comments, and the one thing, and this is one of the things I want to talk

about with our guests who are two of our TPM staffers is he did release this draft of what was supposed to be a plea agreement and whatever he was trying to accomplish with that,

what he did accomplish was basically reveal what the special counsel's office thinks it knows, which is for

us reporters and people interested in this case is very valuable to know because they don't tell us.

So we're going to talk today with Josh Kavensky and Tierney Snead who are our leads at the

which for Naa at the moment is not quite all Russia all the time,

but fairly close.
