not necessarily going in any particular order of topics.

We're going to go into the way back machine about 2,150 years to the Western Han Dynasty.

The Han Dynasty, as you'll no doubt all recall, began with Liobang and the Chu Han contention.

The Chu Han Shiang-jung in 2006 BC.

Liu Bang defeats Shiang Yu and kicks off the Han Dynasty that is divided up into the Western and Eastern time periods with Wang Mang and the Sheen dynasty in the middle.

The Western Han ran for a good couple centuries ending in 8 AD.

As the Western Han ends and Wang Mang sets up up his brief Xin Dynasty.

Augustus Caesar is reigning in all his glory in Rome.

And these two great civilizations, Rome and China,

have no relations and no one's ever met the other.
