0:17.0	Wow, a lot really has happened in regards to this recent sex abuse scandal in the LDS church, even since that
0:25.6	previous timeline minisode that I put together. So let's get started on
0:30.4	hitting on some of the bigger developments that have happened recently, and even maybe touch on some of the things that I felt to mention in that previous minisode.
0:38.0	First thing that I want to mention right off the bat is that I'm going to be referring to the original survivor
0:43.9	in that Joseph Bishop confession as McKenna Denson. The reason why I'm going to be
0:49.4	using her name moving forward is that she has recently come out and revealed her identity
0:55.4	and name to the public. So I feel it's appropriate to use her name to hopefully lessen any confusion going forward.
1:07.0	Again, I will be including all of the news links and references that I'll be using in the show notes of this episode.
1:16.0	Greg Bishop, a lawyer located out of Park City, Utah,
1:20.0	appears to be the lawyer representing Joseph Bishop, who, coincidentally, happens to be his father.
1:27.0	Greg Bishop has compiled a file in an attempt to discredit and smear the reputation of McKenna.
1:33.0	Some of the information in the circulated file included her previous sexual history,
1:38.0	past legal troubles, and other accusations from her past.
1:42.0	We know this because McKenna's lawyers other accusations from her past.
1:43.1	We know this because McKenna's lawyer c. c. c. c.ed.
1:45.9	Greg Bishop in his complaint letter.
1:49.1	That is why he was included on the Church's lawyer's response and presumably how he received the information.
1:57.0	Greg Bishop allegedly got most if not all of his information from outside counsel representing the
2:03.5	LDS Church. What this means is the church lawyers gave the perpetrator's
2:08.9	son all of the negative information that they could find on McKenna to presumably destroy her credibility.
