It's been a week since our off-campus conversation.

How's everyone doing is really the question. How are you doing?

I'm great because honestly, putting that episode out was one of the most validating experiences of my

life. The way that people were relating to my struggle of just being so down bad, I really felt like a part of a larger community.

I knew that people were going to be so happy to have an episode to listen to because when you're

watching the show, all you want to do is talk about the show. So I felt like if you were a podcast

listener who watched, like the fact that we just came on and

basically obsessed over it for what, 45 minutes of that episode was kind of a dream scenario.

But even with that knowledge, I will say that everybody's reaction and validation from us

doing that was more than I ever could have anticipated.

Well, because they were struggling in silence, is what I learned.

We got a lot of DMs from people being like, guys, I have been feeling this, but alone. I have not had anyone to talk to about this, which like, that's nobody. I don't watch that on my worst enemy.

That's how I felt when you hadn't watched yet. I know. Again, I apologize for those four

days. No, it's okay. You've made up for it in strides. Can I tell you actually the thing that I

have loved the most in terms of like my observation in the aftermath of our episode and just in

general knowing people that have watched it.
