And welcome to our Summer House Part 1 reunion recap.

I never thought we would get here.

I am feeling so overwhelmed.

I actually woke up this morning and I was like,

I don't know how to put words to whatever I'm feeling, but it is something.

I just like, watching this reunion has felt like such a far-off dream almost.

Like it was like a fever dream that we would ever actually be sitting here watching it.

So then when I actually was consuming an hour of them talking about this full on, it felt out of body. Well, I also really

appreciated that there was no foreplay. They got right into it. And frankly, that was the energy

that we all needed. We have been sitting here,

chomping at the bit for anything. So for them to just give it to us, it actually felt satisfying

and, dare I say, deserved. I think it's twofold. Like for us, of course, this is all we cared

about. We were so nervous at the potential of them like covering everything else from

the season before getting into it. But then you remember, how the hell would that be possible?

They are sitting there with elephant is not even the right, like elephant's not even big enough

for what is in the room with them. So of course they need to out the gate address this and be like, okay, what is going on here?

And also have an understanding that anything that happened this summer, yes, we all consumed it

as TV watchers, but it all kind of is irrelevant now because given the current circumstance,

there's bigger fish to fry.
