Hi everybody, welcome to the show. Today we are welcoming back Gene Epstein, who is

economics editor and book review editor over at Barron's. And we're going to talk once again

about this whole matter of Thomas Piccatee, the author of Capital in the 21st century, a very influential book.

As we'll see, when I talked to Gene, it's a very influential unread book by and large, but it's a book that has continued to push forward this narrative about inequality and capitalism.

And Gene has discovered something about this book that's very important that has not really been hit on in the past.
