I want to follow up from a previous podcast I did that aired on January, sorry, not July,

January 1st, it is July 2nd as I'm recording this, but it's been a while.

It's been about six months. We are halfway through 2020, and it has been one hell of a year

for everybody, obviously, because there's craziness going on. But the point of this podcast is to reflect on the outcomes and the goals that you set at the beginning of 2020.

Obviously, we were all in a different place at the beginning.

I think it's safe to say that plenty of us had our goals put on pause.

We had roadblocks or course corrections that needed to be made but for some

people you completely stopped chasing your goals not only because of what is going on in the world

but because that's what you do every year every single year you set a 90 day out or a new year's

resolution right and when you set this new year's resolution, it fades away by

February, March, maybe April if you're lucky. Very few people stick to their guns and follow

through with their goal, which is why in that podcast, which we will link in the show notes,

I believe it was called the realist New Year's advice you'll ever hear. It's a really popular podcast.
