I'm in the Midwest where it's cold and snowy and getting out to take a walk

is a lot more challenging. But it's also really beautiful. And I have figured out what to wear

and how to get out there, get some fresh air, move my body a little bit, and then come on back in.

That's kind of always the nature of life in general is how best to take care of yourself

when you care so much about yourself and making sure that you get what you need.

For instance, just like with the big snow like that,

I still need to get out and move

because I start feeling this intensity in my body

that almost is asking me to move it along.
