0:31.0	There has been a whirlwind other than, so with my son Christian playing in this PGA event in Hawaii.
0:40.0	And so we all jumped on a plane to come to Oahu to watch him play.
0:47.0	So it has been great amazing holidays, lots of fun, and now we're here to see what this man can do on a golf course.
0:59.0	So I am very thrilled. I am also wanting to give a shout out to Pavel who does my podcast recording because this podcast it goes live tomorrow.
1:10.0	And he's having to edit it and handle it all today very last minute. So Pavel's been doing every single one of my podcasts for 455 episodes.
1:21.0	He's never missed. So I mean, I just I wish everyone that listens to this podcast could give you like a huge round of applause.
1:29.0	Pavel and you could take a bow. So I appreciate you and I appreciate you handling this with such last minute recording.
1:37.0	But I want to talk about new starts today. I want to talk about this opportunity we have with the brand new gorgeous year ahead of us.
1:48.0	And the past completely behind us and the choices that we get to make when we have a new start.
1:56.0	Now I want to be clear, we have a new start whenever we want.
2:01.0	We can have a new start in the middle of a year on Tuesday. We can have a new start at the end of a year on a Thursday.
2:10.0	You have so much more control over your life and the parameters and the constraints of your life.
2:18.0	Then you may allow yourself to think and believe. And so I just want to start by saying we create structures.
2:26.0	So we can feel secure. We create rules and parameters and constraints in our life.
2:31.0	So we can feel like we have some sense of where to go, when to go, how to go, when we have some sense of our identity and who we are.
2:41.0	And what we can expect from our own selves and what we can expect from other people.
2:47.0	But all of that is just arbitrary. All of that is just created in our mind and confirmed by all the other people in our life.
