The moment you start it, you are it.

This is the kind of energy that will completely shift your life if you apply it in your life.

And all you have to do is understand that every moment you are a new version of you.

There really is no static version of you.

We may tell ourselves the story, I am this kind of person.

I am a person that normally is not in a relationship.

I am somebody that works a nine to five job that I hate.

I'm somebody that is hard to set boundaries.

And these stories, which is really what it is, it's a story that is on autopilot.

The interesting thing is that many of those stories aren't even our own stories.

We picked those stories up for an environment growing up.

We picked those stories up from our parents or from our friends.

Or they said something to us and we internalized it.

And then it became our story.

And the thing that keeps us stuck is that we still believe that that's our story,
