I feel like I have whiplash, Julie.

Can we just take a second and review what the last 24 hours have been?

Yeah, I almost feel that I need to explain the behind the scenes of this episode to kind of

paint a picture to the general chaos of this entire situation.

Essentially, our plan this week, because up until Monday, it was a relatively slow news week,

we thought, perfect timing, let's capitalize on this 2016 trend.

So we record an entire episode that's kind of a walk-down memory lane of what was going on in pop culture in 2016.

We record that Sunday night, send it our producer.

Midday Monday, Brooklyn Beckham absolutely rocks that plan with the Insta Stories heard

round the world, followed up closely by Amanda and Kyle from Summerhouse's split, which we also

will get into. So our initial plan is, okay, we'll come on, we'll record a soft open for the 2016

episode, and we'll cover it in-depth next week. But you know what? That just didn't suffice,

because frankly,

there is so much to talk about here. And we're getting a lot of DMs being like, guys,

I need to process this. As much as you need to process it, so do we. Because like no one is well right now.

I think that coming on and recording the soft open that we initially recorded scratched a little bit of an itch.

And then we both slept on it and woke up this morning.
