in your body, and in your life by learning how to manage your mind by what you put in

your mouth. Such a simple little thing, I think. And I also think it's pretty brilliant,

if I may say so myself, that I have figured out a way to help you understand why you put food in your mouth when

you're not hungry.

And that to really be at whatever weight you want to be and to be at peace with it,

you first have to be at peace with what you put in your mouth, any food, whatever it is,

and really learn how to handle the emotions that drive you to put food in your mouth
