never plan on stopping. I feel like what I have to talk about resonates so much with you and help so many of you that I don't want to stop unless my mouth stops working or my brain stops working.

But right now, my mouth is working pretty good and my brain is excellent.

working with them to break the habit of punishing and beating yourself up seems to be very difficult to do.
