I'm going to share with you a secret that I have used for 20 years and it's the power of

52.

And what I'm talking about is that we set a lot of goals and then we have a bad day and

kind of knocks us off our rhythm.

And I think that we put too much power in what one day is.

And listen, people will tell you, Sean's got his bowel movement scheduled.

I know the value of a day.

I understand time management.

So, you know, I don't need to hear that in the bathroom.

Oh, Sean, you're defying what everybody says.

You know, get up, do this, do that, do that.

I get it.

But I want you to think in a way that will work for you.

See, in the power of 52, I have 52 weeks in a given year.

Break them up.

And I were a year to me as like 12 weeks.

So, I break a year into quarters anyway.

So, that's why this power of 52 is so amazing.

Think of it like a tennis match.

If you just watch recently, Joker, but you lose and the Wimbledon.
