Today's cocktail is called the soft launch.

The ingredients you need to make a soft lunch, two ounces of gin, one ounce of elder flower liqueur, a half ounce of some lemon juice, two ounces of sparkling rosé or prosaqo, a splash of soda water, or some ginger beer, because I put some ginger beer in mine and it made it really good.

And you're going to garnish it with a pretty little flour or a thin lemon peel and that oh here's how you make you sorry you add the gin the elder flower liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker

with ice shake gently because it's a soft launch strain into a coop or a wine glass top with your sparkling rosé,

a small splash of your soda water at the top, and then garnish with your cute little garnish,

like the flour or the lemon.
