Hey everybody. Just something a little bit different this morning. Elizabeth and I have decided to

declare our independence and take the 4th of July week for ourselves. So we have, not that we ever feel

burdened by this podcast. No, we love this podcast. We love this podcast, but we're going to take a little

time just a week. But I have gone through

Elizabeth, 444 episodes. Do you know that we started this podcast in January of 2019? I literally

just looked it up this morning for another little project that I was working on. It's been

quite a journey. It is amazing, really. I listened to four or five as I was trying to pick an episode

that we would replay for everybody. I was listening to them. And it is fascinating. It is

unintentionally, we have created a journal, an audio journal of the joy of our life and the sadness of our life.

I mean, it's it kind of just for us personally, it'll be very strange for our children.

Right.

Because we are very alive.

And so it'll be very strange for them, whether they're teenagers and they want to be like,

you know, what was mom like in her young 40s? And it'll be so, so weird for them, whether they're teenagers and they want to be like, you know, what was mom like

287 and we titled it Taking Off. And I love this one because it's all about getting away,

taking time for yourself, which is what we're doing. This is why we're going to have a replay.

But it was really interesting to look back at, one, how much I admired you for taking girlfriend trips.

Oh, yeah. I love girls' trips. So a lot about it was taking girlfriend trips and sort of feeding that side of yourself.

And then another part of it was,
