0:36.7	Half an ounce of honey syrup, which is just
0:38.9	going to be honey mixed with hot water. There's already water in this. So we're just going to go
0:43.5	with that and some club soda. And what you're going to do is you'll get a cup and fill it with
0:48.6	ice. Now if you want to be cute and fancy, you would strain this into like a coop glass or something way fancier than a plastic cup,
0:54.6	but this is what we got, so work with it. You'll take your strainer and you're going to fill
0:58.4	your strainer with ice and then we're going to start, well, not layering, but pouring in our
1:02.7	ingredients. So we'll start with the vodka. This St. Germain.
1:11.6	About three quarters of an ounce of the lemon juice.
1:15.6	Freshly squeezed lemon juice.
1:21.6	And then lastly, we're gonna add in the honey.
1:24.6	And remember, I already had a little water in this glass. So this is what we got.
