There is an element of celebration around doing so much.

There is a really interesting study that came out of Case Western Reserve University

by a woman by the name of Jean Twangie.

She discovered that over the last 50 years,

we've become more externally driven to the tune of about 80%.

The factors that are important and meaningful to us are now external.

How we look, how much money we have, how famous we might be,

how many likes we have on Instagram as opposed to internally driven factors

like our connection with self, our relationship, our spirituality, our creativity,

and at the same time, we are 70 to 80% more depressed and anxious.

I'm so excited for this week.
