You are the Senior Director of Education and Training. You're a shareholder, a board member, and educator at Summit Salon Business Center. Is that right?

That is correct.

So tell us what Summit Salon Business Center is and what it does.

Great. Yeah, Summit Salon Business Center is we're a business

resource company for the beauty industry. And the way I sort of describe it to people is if you

think of a franchise company, not just in the salon business, but in any industry, all the things

that a franchisor provides to a franchisee, things like

budgets, compensation plans, marketing plans, leadership training, we do all of that for the

independent beauty business.

So we work with salons and day spas with independent stylists, and our mission in life is to keep the independent salon

industry alive and thriving and show people how to take, sometimes we describe it as taking
