So Stephanie, since this is our first episode in this new format, even though you've been on the show before, let's talk just a bit about

our relationship with travel, both the general idea and concept and yours and my specific

experiences. So why do you love to travel? I think part of what I love about it is how it's always

new and fresh. And it kind of blows my mind open like continually. So one of the things

I love so much is I like to learn about new people and places and I just love the thrill of being

in this totally foreign and familiar place and seeing and smelling and hearing and sensing like all

of these things that are just not what I normally do or what

I'm normally aware of.

And I guess I find it, it's kind of a rush.

There's so many other reasons I love travel, but that's one of the things for me is I just

feel like it wakes up everything in me because it's all so new.

And for me, too, I find that I learn more about myself when I leave my comfortable surroundings and force

myself to be in those situations that I normally would not be in. That's when I really learn the
