| 1:30.0 | of disappointment in life. And for a while, she kind of lived in this by like tiptoeing around |
| 1:36.9 | it almost, where she would see it and she thought she was doing the work on it. But what she |

| 1:52.0 | We are so scared to experience the pain and we tiptoe around it thinking that it isn't painful, |
| 1:59.4 | that we're tiptoeing around or it's not as painful as it would be |
| 2:03.3 | to experience the alive and the awakened pain. And as I talk with Megan in today's episode, |
| 2:11.1 | you're going to see that it's simply not the case. By not cracking open your pain and allowing it to just reside in your world and not jumping in |
