Today's guest is a good friend of mine and somebody I've been following for years now.

His name is Maddie Fasaro, and you might know him from Instagram or YouTube because he has a

and really good content. Today we kind of just dive into his story. He has a really cool

background of a big weight loss journey. I mean, he completely transformed his body. He lost a ton

of weight. He competed. He went literally in a full 360 to transform every aspect of his life and

then begin coaching. And he did that

by picking up a camera and filming himself awkwardly, as he would say, in his kitchen and in the gym for

YouTube. He started vlogging and documenting his personal journey of transforming. That's actually

when I found him was years ago when he was going through that. And that started in 2011.

And because of that, he kept going with his journey. He got really into it. And we're actually

going to dive into how he got too into it. And he created a unbalanced way of eating an unhealthy

way, unhealthy relationship with food and cardio and competing and body image. And it's a really
